摘要
由于光电探测器在强激光辐照时易发生响应信号饱和,而无法有效测量脉冲宽度,最终影响脉冲功率的结果。通过研制脉冲波形能量测试系统,优化脉冲宽度和脉冲能量的测试手段,实现激光脉冲功率的实时检测。
The photoelectric detector in the strong laser irradiation is easy to cause the response signal saturation,and cannot effectively measuring the pulse width,ultimately affect the results of the pulse power.Development of the pulse wave energy testing system,optimization of pulse width and pulse energy testing means,realize the real-time detection of laser pulse power.
