前列腺癌治疗的“范式转变”——雄激素剥夺治疗应关注心血管的损害 被引量：3

摘要 1962年,托马斯·库恩在他的划时代著作《科学革命的结构》中总结了科学发展的规律,即科学大部分时间是在一个基本概念的框架（即范式,paradigm）中解决问题,当解决不了的反常现象逐渐累积,而一种新理论恰好能够解决这些反常现象时,便挑战既有的概念,新的范式就获得了主导地位（即范式转变,paradigm shift）.医学科学同样是以这种“范式转变”的形式不断获得进步.在PubMed上,以“paradigm shift”为关键词,可检索到超过5 500篇的医学文献.
