人工尿道括约肌植入术治疗男性前列腺术后压力性尿失禁 被引量：1

摘要 随着中国人口老龄化及生活习惯的改变,中国男性前列腺癌患病率不断提高,前列腺根治切除术是治疗前列腺癌的主要手段,而此术式术后的主要并发症即术后尿失禁的发生也越来越受到重视.在一项对前列腺切除术后尿失禁的研究中发现,有8.4％的患者在术后18个月内会出现持续性尿失禁症状[1].在最近的一项研究中,前列腺切除术后12个月时,有24％的患者仍在使用尿垫,8％的患者为中度到重度尿失禁[2].
