面临行业整合的中国水泥业

China's cement industry faces professional reformation

分析我国水泥行业的现状,并根据上个世纪世界水泥行业整合的历史事实,结合当前外资购并政策即将出台的背景,认为中国水泥业未来将面临着大规模的整合。进而回顾了已经进入国内的主要的外资水泥企业的投资行为,并列举他们的一些计划,最后简单给出了未来这些境外水泥企业可能感兴趣并且发展机会较大的地区,以及行业整合的模式。

Based on the analyses to existing conditions of China's cement industry, historic practice of cement trade reformation in last century, and together with the background of future policy on foreign investment annexing, the author believed that a large scale reformation to cement industry will be occur in future. In this paper, investing behavior by foreign investors in China are reviewed, some of their plans are given as examples, regions where foreign cement enterprises may be interested in and may get more developing opportunities are estimated, and the reformation model are also stated.
