莓类水果对肿瘤的化学预防作用研究进展

摘要 大量的流行病学研究表明,含有丰富的新鲜水果和蔬菜的膳食能够显著降低罹患恶性肿瘤的风险。莓类水果中含有丰富的黄酮类、酚酸类等活性物质,并且细胞学研究、动物实验以及人群临床试验都发现多种莓对食管癌、口腔癌、结肠癌等都有预防作用,本文就莓类水果对肿瘤的化学预防作用的研究进展进行综述。
