摘要
目的针对人体组织复合结构及生物组织电导率的频率特性,建立人体组织物理模型。方法根据电磁理论,通过提出的导体分层数值算法得到组织在激励电流作用下电流场分布模型,并在Matlab平台上模拟仿真。结果获得了在不同频率激励电流作用下人体复合结构横截面的电流密度分布情况。结论从仿真的角度验证了在高频电流信号作用下人体组织复合结构中存在着趋肤效应现象,从而为生物阻抗测量技术的改进提供基础数据。
Objective For the composite structure and the frequency characteristic of the human tissue conductivity,an algorithm of conductor layering was put forward to obtain the current density distribution model under the action of the exciting current. Methods The algorithm was based on the electromagnetic theories coupled with simplified physics model of human tissues,and was simulated on Matlab. Results The current density distributions of human tissue cross-section at different frequencies were obtained. Conclusion From the simulation perspective,it is verified that the skin effect phenomenon exsits in composite structure of human tissue at high frequencies. This is helpful for further studying on bioimpedance measurement technology by providing basic data.
