皮革中异味与加脂剂散发物的相关性分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生化、气相色谱-质谱仪分析法,对皮革及加脂剂散发出的醛酮类物质进行检测。根据色谱峰保留时间及其质谱离子对各峰进行定性鉴定。结果表明:皮革异味中含有乙醛、丙醛、丙酮、丁醛、戊醛、己醛6种成分,与加脂剂热处理后散发出的醛酮类物质相同,证实皮革散发的异味与革纤维中油脂的氧化分解相关。 The aldehyde and ketone compounds contained in the emissions from leather and fatliquoring agent were analyzed by gas chromatography -mass spectrometer after derivatization with 2,4 - dinitrophenylhydrazine. The peaks were verified by qualita-tive identification based on their retention time and special ions in the mass spectrometry. The results show that there are six kinds of compounds in leather odor, which are acetaldehyde, propionaldehyde, acetone, butyraldehyde, valeraldehyde and hexaldehyde. The compounds are the same as the emissions of fatliquoring agent after thermal treatment. It confirms that the odor in leather is re- lated with the oxygenolysis of grease in leather fiber.
