全压缩弹灸技术在鞋类生产中的应用

摘要 中底镶嵌入设置在大底上倜的中底槽内,且与中底槽的上边缘在同一平面上;在中底上设置有呈“凸”形结构的若干弹灸元。弹灸元由定柱,动柱及弹簧所构成,其中动柱套设在定柱内,弹簧密封在动柱及定柱之间。弹灸元采用纳米生物远虹外材料与高分子材料复合,使其产生8~14μm的红外波和生物体虹外波产生共振,作用于皮肤,促进微循环,同时采用全压缩结构,可防止按摩强度过高引起的疼痛。 There is a notch on the upside of outsole for setting the insole, the insole is embedded into the notch which make the insole in same plane of the notch top edge; there are several spring moxibustion units (in convex shape ) are settled on the insole. The spring moxibustion unit is composed of immovable strut, movable strut and spring. The immovable strut is sheathed on the movable strut; the spring is sealed between the two struts. The spring moxibustion unit is composited by Nano biological far-infrared materials and polymers. It can produce 8-14μm infrared waves vibrating in resonance with organisms infrared, which act on the skin and promotes the microcirculation; meanwhile a holographic compression structure is adopted to prevent the massage strength too strong to lead to pain.
