游离空肠移植在下咽颈段食管缺损重建中的应用 被引量：4

Free jejunum for circumferential hypopharynx and cervical esophagus reconstruction

摘要 游离空肠移植一直以来都是下咽颈段食管环周缺损的良好修复方法。具有手术创伤小、并发症发生率低等特点，虽然近年来应用皮瓣修复此类缺损逐渐增多．空肠仍是首选的修复组织。 Free jejunum has always been a good choice for circumferential hypopharynx and cervical esophagus reconstruction with a low complication rate. Although more and more flaps were used in recent years, free jejunum is still considered as the first choice for such defect.
