F18^+大肠杆菌研究进展

摘要 表达F18菌毛的大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)是引起断奶仔猪腹泻(Post-weaning diarrhea,PWD)和水肿病(Oedema disease,ED)的主要病原菌.由于至今世界范围内仍无有效的疫苗进行预防,给养猪业造成了重大的经济损失.本文结合本实验室的一些相关研究结果,通过综述F18+E.coli的病原特征、主要毒力因子、F18菌毛受体及针对抗F18+E.coli感染疫苗研究的一些最新进展,以便加深对F18+E.coli致病机制的了解,为临床中有效的防治该疾病提供相关的实验依据.
