摘要
目的:探讨新乡市汉族孕龄女性MTHFR、MTRR基因多态性的频率特征。方法:以新乡市1 352例汉族孕龄女性为研究对象,检测MTHFR 677T、A1298C和MTRR A66G的基因分型。统计分析基因多态性的频率特征,并与已报道的其他地区汉族女性的数据进行比较。结果:新乡市汉族女性的MTHFR C677T基因型和等位基因频率,与淄博、镇江、武汉、昆明、德阳、惠州、琼海等地的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MTHFR A1298C基因型和等位基因频率,与镇江、武汉、昆明、德阳、惠州、琼海等地的差异有统计学意义。MTRR A66G基因型和等位基因频率,与德阳、琼海的差异有统计学意义。结论:新乡市汉族孕龄女性MTHFR和MTRR基因多态性频率分布具有地域特异性。
Objective: To explore the genotype distribution of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) and methionine synthase reductase (MTRR) among the Han gestational age women in Xinxiang city. Methods: 1 352 Han gestational age women were recruited from Xinxiang city. MTH- FR C677T, A1298C and MTRR A66G genotypings were detected for analyzing the distribution of gene polymorphisms and compared with the rest data of the Han women reported. Results : The geno- types and allele frequencies of MTHFR C677T among Han women in Xinxiang and Zibo, Zhenjiang, Wuhan, Kuming, Deyang, Huizhou, Qionghai, etc, were respectively compared, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 O. 05). The genotypes and allele frequencies of MTHFR A1298C in Xinxiang and Zhenjiang, Wuhan, Kunming, Deyang, Huizhou, Qionghai, etc, were respectively compared, the differences were statistically significant. The genotypes and allele frequencies of MTRR A66G in Xinxiang were significantly different from that in Deyang and Qionghai. Conclusion The gene polymorphism of MTHFR C677T, A1298C and MTRR A66G among the Han gestational age women in Xinxiang was statistically different from partial other regions of China.
