结膜切除术联合巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症的临床疗效分析

Efficacy of conjunctival resection combined with scleral fixation in the treatment of conjunctivochalasis

目的:探讨结膜切除术联合巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症的临床疗效。方法:27例结膜松弛症患者随机分为研究组14例和对照组13例,两组分别接受结膜切除联合巩膜固定术治疗和单纯结膜切除治疗,对比观察两组经治疗后的结膜松弛情况、国际眼表面疾病指数(OSDI)变化以及自觉症状改善情况。结果:研究组有12例结膜松弛情况完全改善,临床治愈率为85.7%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后4周、8周时的OSDI指数分别为(13.2±6.8)和(6.5±5.7),与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后自觉症状比较,研究组有效率为85.7%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结膜切除联合巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To explore the efficacy of conjunctival resection combined with scleral fixation for the treatment of conjunctivochalasis. Methods ： 27 cases of eonjunctivochalasis were randomly di- vided into research group （14 cases） and control group （13 cases） which were treated with conjunc- tival resection combined with scleral fixation and simple conjunctival resection treatment respective- ly, the eonjunctival relaxation condition, the ocular surface disease index （OSDI） change and self- conscious symptom improvement of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results ： 12 cases in research group got completely improvement of conjunctival relaxation and the clinical cure rate was 85.7% , which was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the OSDI index of research group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment were （13.2 ± 6.8） and （6.5 ± 5.7） respec- tively, which had statistically significant difference not only compared with those before treatment, but also with the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; while in self-conscious symptom comparison after treat- ment, the effective rate of research group was 85.7% , which was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Conjunctival resection combined with scleral fixation waseffective in the treatment of conjunctivochalasis and deserved the clinical expansion.
