摘要
目的:分析来曲唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的有效性及安全性。方法:选取74例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。治疗组采用来曲唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗;对照组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗。两组均治疗12周。观察并记录两组患者在治疗期间的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组的临床症状改善情况、瘤体缩小程度、有效率、不良反应发生情况均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效肯定,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。
Objective ： To analyze the efficacy and safety of letrozole plus guizhifuling capsule in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Methods ： 74 patients with hysteromyoma were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 37 cases in each. Treatment group was treated with letrozole plus guizhifuling capsule. Control group was treated with guizhifuling capsule. A course of treatment was 12 weeks. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of two groups were com- pared. Results： The improvement of clinical symptom, reduction of tumor size, the effective rate and adverse reactions in treatment group were superior to control group. Conclusion ： Letrozole plus guizhifuling capsule was an effective regmien for the treatment of hysteromyoma, with higher thera-peutic effects and less adverse reactions.
