创建三甲医院中优化人力资源配置的实践探讨

Discussion of the practice of optimizing the allocation of human resources in class A tertiary hospital

本文基于对创建三级甲等医院过程中的人力资源管理进行探索,阐述了安徽省某医院在创建三级甲等医院过程中人力资源配置呈现的主要特点,指出了优化医院人力资源管理的主要措施。通过系统阐述该院人力资源配置现状以及存在的问题,逐步按照三甲医院评审要求优化人力资源配置,对医院创建三甲过程中实施人力资源配置的具体步骤进行探讨,指出了创建过程中优化人力资源所取得的成效。本文对其他医院实施等级医院创建工作、优化人员配置提供策略,具有一定的借鉴和引导作用。

This paper has explored the management of human resources in the process of creating class A tertiary hos- pital, expounded the main characteristics of the allocation of human resources in class A tertiary hospital, pointed out the main measures of optimization of hospital human resource management. Based on the comprehensive elaboration of the present situation and existing problems of the hospital human resource configuration, gradually optimizing the allo- cation of human resources according to the requirement of class A tertiary hospital. By discussing the specific steps in the implementation of human resource allocation, this paper also points out the efficiency of optimizing the allocation of human resources. For other hospitals, this paper also has certain reference and guiding function, especially in the pro- cess of creating class A tertiary hospital and optimizing the allocation of human resources.
