摘要
目的构建一套涵盖临床科室和护理人员的三级绩效考核体系。方法通过文献法收集资料,参考平衡计分卡理论和绩效结构理论,经研究小组讨论,形成临床科室绩效考核初稿、护理人员绩效考核初稿。运用德尔菲法对省内18名专家进行2轮函询,确定绩效考核指标及各指标权重。结果构建了护理人员三级绩效考核体系,其中,临床科室绩效考核包含4个一级指标、10个二级指标、45个三级指标,护理人员绩效考核包含3个一级指标、8个二级指标、41个三级指标。结论本研究构建了一套护理人员三级绩效考核体系,对护理绩效管理及薪酬分配具有一定的借鉴意义。
Objective To construct performance evaluation index system for clinical department and nurses. Methods Data were collected by literature method. Refer to balanced scorecard and performance structure theories, by the re- search group discussion, clinical department performance evaluation and nurse performance evaluation first drafts were formed. Delphi method was used for 2 rounds of enquiry of 18 experts in the province, determine the performance ap- praisal index and the index weights. Results The nurse three-level performance evaluation index system was construct- ed. 4 one-level indicators, 10 two-level indicators, 45 three-level indicators were included in the clinical department performance evaluation. 3 one-level indicators, 8 two-level indicators, 41 three-level indicators were included in the nurse performance evaluation. Conclusion This study constructs a nurse three-level hospital performance evaluation index system, which has certain reference to the nurse performance management and salary distribution.
