Serving regional economic and social development is the main function of higher vocational colleges. Dynamic Mechanism and Safeguard Mechanism are the key points to promote higher vocational colleges＇ sustainable serving capabilities. This paper introduces the construction ways, effectiveness, problems and improvement measures for food nutrition and testing professional on the food industry enterprises in Guangzhou and community development of the dynamic mechanism and safeguard mechanism. Discussion on the construction of Guangzhou City Polytechnic dynamic mechanism relies on professional services and security mechanisms of regional economic and social development in Guangzhou.
