摘要
对历史文化街区进行旅游开发是一种有效的保护和利用手段,可以综合实现历史文化街区的文化价值、经济价值、社会价值。广州是全国历史文化名城,历史文化街区丰富多样,旅游开发潜力巨大。广州历史文化街区旅游产品的开发主要表现为公务型、商业性、文化型和风光型四种,开发中要避免因利益主体利益不均导致当地居民对旅游开发的认同感不够、"古街再造"破坏了历史文化街区的原真性等突出问题,以体现"文脉"、原真性及体验性为原则,实施景观整治、进行功能分区、突出商业文化气息、构建解说系统、注重社区居民参与、加强相关主体之间的合作、建立统一管理的长效机制的体验型历史文化旅游产品的开发对策。
It is a very effective way to protect the historical cultural streets by developing the tourism there. In this way, not only the streets' cultural value will be realized, but also its economic value and social value. As a national famous city, Guangzhou has abundant historical and cultural streets all over the city and has a huge developing potential herself. The development of tourism products in the historical and cultural streets in Guangzhou mainly divides into four types, i.e., type of business, type of commercial, type of cultural and type of scenic spots. In the developing process, one should try to maintain the common sense of the local residence and make sure they are averagely profitable. The original looks of the streets should be kept and avoid over- developing.
