人才培养模式集中体现了学校及管理者的教育思想和教育理念,可以分为国家宏观层面的人才培养模式、学校中观层面的人才培养模式和专业微观层面的人才培养模式。从层次视角研究分析广东骨干高职院校人才培养模式,有利于推进高职院校的建设和发展。

The modes of talent educating imply the educational thought and ideas of the school and the person in charge, which can be divided into multi-levels talent educating modes of the nation, the school, and the major. This paper holds that analyzing talent educating modes of pioneering higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province from the angle of gradation is very helpful in enhancing the higher vocational colleges＇ construction and development.
