氢氧化钙糊剂与FC用于根管消毒的临床治疗体会

摘要 目的观察氢氧化钙糊剂与甲醛甲酚(FC)根管消毒的临床效果。方法根尖炎患者96例,共110颗患牙,根据根管消毒药物选择不同分为观察组56颗,对照组54颗,观察组采用氢氧化钙糊剂,对照组采用FC,观察1周后封药的治疗效果。对两组患者进行根管治疗效果及治疗期间疼痛的比较。结果观察组治疗后总有效率100.0%明显高于对照组的88.9%,疼痛的发生也明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氢氧化钙糊剂与FC相比能够显著减少治疗后疼痛的发生,且治疗效果好于FC,值得临床应用。
