摘要
目的应用心理护理疗法应对就诊的牙病患儿。方法将170例牙病患儿随机分成两组,各85例,实验组进行心理护理,对照组进行常规护理,观察两组配合程度。结果实验组患儿的配合程度为100.00%,对照组患儿的配合程度为58.82%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童牙病就诊时的心理护理非常必要。
Objective To apply psychological nursing in dental treatment for children. Methods A total of 170 children with dental disease were randomly divided into two group, with 85 Cases in each group. Psychological nursing was applied in the experimental group, while the control group received conventional nursing. Cooperation degree in the two groups was observed. Results The cooperation degree of children in the experimental group was 100.00%, and that of the control group was 58.82%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing plays an important role for children in the dental treatment.
