陈氏分型处理冠状动脉分叉病变1例

摘要 冠状动脉分叉病变的陈氏分型自提出以来已经被国内外广泛应用于指导临床治疗。本研究依据陈氏分型对1例左主干远端三分叉病例进行分类,该病例属于分型中的Ⅱd类,根据陈氏分型对此类病变处理的指导原则,选择单支架Crossover为其成功实施了手术,提示陈氏分型不仅便于记忆,同时对分叉病变的治疗有明确的指导意义,因此,科学地制订策略不仅能提高分叉病变的手术成功率和增强术者的信心,而且能减少患者的痛苦,带给患者最大的获益。 Since Chen classification of coronary artery bifurcation lesion proposed has been widely used to guide the clinical treatment at home and abroad. Distal trifurcation lesion of left main coronary artery in 1 case was classified according to Chen classification in this study,this case belonged to the class II d,and single support Crossover was selected to implement successfully operation according to the guiding principle of Cben classification on the treatment of such lesion,it showed that Chen classification was not only easy to remember,and there was a clear guidance significance on the treatment of bifurcation lesion,therefore,formulating the strategy scientifically can not only improve the success rate of operation of bifurcation lesion and enhance the confidence of patients,but also can reduce the pain of patients and bring the greatest gain for patients.
