苏醒期专项护理对手术麻醉效果及术后情况的影响

Influnce of special nursing care in recovery period on anesthetic effect and postoperative condition

目的 探讨苏醒期专项护理对手术麻醉效果及术后情况的影响.方法 选取本院2013年11月～2014年1月行静吸复合全麻术的103例患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组（52例）和对照组（51例）,在苏醒期,实验组采取专项护理模式,对照组采取常规护理模式,比较两组自主呼吸、睁眼、拔管时间,躁动情况和不良反应发生率.结果 实验组自主呼吸、睁眼、拔管时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实验组和对照组的躁动发生率分别为15.38％和35.29％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实验组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为13.46％和33.33％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 苏醒期专项护理应用于全麻术患者能明显改善其麻醉效果,降低术后躁动发生率和不良反应发生率,有利于促进患者恢复,提高麻醉的安全性.

Objective To explore influnce of special nursing care in recovery period on anesthetic effect and postoperative condition. Methods 103 patients received combined intravenous and inhalation anesthesia in our hospital from November 2013 to January 2014 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group（52 patients）and control group （51 patients）.In recovery period,special nursing care was used in experimental group,regular nursing care was applied in control group.Time of autonomous respiration,opening eyes and extubation,postoperative agitation and incidence rate of adverse reaction was compared respectively between two groups. Results Time of au- tonomous respiration,opening eyes and extubation in experimental group was shorter than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Incidence rate of agitation was 15.38% in experimental group and incidence rate of agitation was 35.29% in control group,with statistical difference（P〈O.05）.Incidence rate of adverse reaction was 13.46% in experimental group and incidence rate of adverse reaction was 33.33% in control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Special nursing care in recovery period for patients under general anesthesia helps significantly improve patients＇ anesthetic effect and reduce the incidence rate of postoperative agitation and adverse reaction,which is beneficial for promoting patients＇ recovery and improving the safety of anesthesia.
