随着时代的发展,人民群众对医疗服务有了更高的要求,而药学服务是患者享有高品质医疗服务不可忽略的部分。随着医疗体制改革的进行,各级医院的管理逐步提高和完善,已经拉近了与发达国家医院之间的距离,医院药剂科的日常工作已经从原来单纯的药品供应和调剂向以患者为中心、以保证患者安全合理用药为核心转变,但是仍存在一些问题和不足之处,本文仅就一级、二级医院药剂科的管理方面提出一些看法。

With the development of the times,the people have higher demands for medical services,and pharmacy services to enjoy high quality patient care can not be ignored part.As the reform of medical system,all levels of hospital management gradually improve and perfect,which have been close to the distance between the hospital with the developed countries,daily work of pharmacy department in the hospital has changed from the original simple supply and dispensing of drugs for patient-centered,in order to ensure patient safety rational drug use as the core,but there are still some problems and shortcomings,this article will discuss some views of the management of pharmacy department in the level 1 and level 2 hospital.
