摘要
随着现代化工业的迅速发展,要求合金结构具有轻量化和更好的综合使用性能。钛铝双金属结构由于可以减小构件质量、降低成本以及满足特殊的综合使用性能,应用前景广阔。熔钎焊已成为钛合金和铝合金异种合金焊接的热门研究方法。阐述了熔钎焊的基本原理以及钛合金和铝合金熔钎焊的难点,讨论钛合金和铝合金熔钎焊的界面行为。
Aluminum alloys and titanium alloys have many advantages for application in the aerospace and automobile industry. The composite structure of Aluminum-Titanium dissimilar alloys also has great application prospect as hybrid structure materials. Method of Welding-Brazing has become one of intense research methods of aluminum alloys and titanium alloys. In the paper, basic principle and difficulties of Welding-Brazing of Ti/A1 dissimilar alloys is indicated,and the interface behavior of Welding-Brazing of Ti/A1 dissimilar alloys is discussed.
