摘要
采用双层激光-MIG复合焊接方法焊接10mm厚6005A铝合金,获得了外观成形良好、内部缺陷少的接头。对接头显微组织及力学性能进行研究,结果表明,焊缝由盖面焊缝与打底焊缝组成,盖面焊缝组织具有5XXX系铝合金铸造组织的特征,打底焊缝组织具有6XXX系铝合金铸造组织的特征;接头热影响区宽约13 mm,分为固溶区、过时效区和近焊缝区;打底焊缝与过时效区是接头硬度最低的区域;拉伸试样在过时效区发生韧性断裂,接头抗拉强度平均值为195.07 MPa,明显高于常规MIG焊接接头的强度。
Because of the significant advantages on ,aluminum alloy welding,laser-MIG hybrid welding has became research hotspots on welding in recent years.Double-layers laser-MIG welding method is applied to weld 10mm thick 6005A alundnu,n alloy,by this method,the joint with good shape and less internal defects is got.Microstructure and mechanical properties of joint is observed,it is shown that the weld is consist of cosmetic weld and backing weld,microstructure of cosmetic weld has characteristics which can be seen in as-cast microstructure of 5xxx series aluminum alloy,microstructure of backing weld has characteristics which can be seen in as-cast microstructure of 6xxx series aluminum alloy.Heat affected zone of joint has width about 13 ram,and it is consist of solid solution range ,over-aging range and beside base metal range.Hardness of backing weld and over-aging range is lowest in joint.The fracture mode of tension test specimen is the ductile fracture,and the fracture is located at over-aging range,average joint tensile strength is 195.07 MPa, which is significant higher than that of MIG welding joint.
