摘要
针对管管对接的技术难题,提出了背压辅助TIG焊接方法。这是一种通过调节对接管内气体压力,在管子内部产生正负压,进而平衡熔池的受力状况,改善焊缝成型的焊接新方法。6mm管管对接结果表明,管内气流产生的压力可以在一定程度上平衡熔池的重力,使熔池受力在焊接过程中保持不变。实现了6mm碳钢管不开破口单面焊双面成型,与传统TIG焊相比较,背压辅助焊接方法只需极少量的填丝即可达到相同的焊接性能。采用该方法,可以大大提高焊接效率,,减小焊接变形,降低生产成本。
Back pressure assisted TIG welding as a high-efficient welding procedure is studied and a serial experiment is conducted by using it. The test results indicate that the back pressure is produced by jet principle can completely meet the experimental needs, the buoyancy is generated by back pressure can partly offset the gravity of the welding pool,for the carbon steel pipes of 6 mm thick, the fully penetration can be got in a single pass without groove preparation.Compared with conventional TIG welding,back pressure assisted TIG welding only needs little filler metal for achieving the same welding performance,which reduces cost and improves the production efficiency.
