摘要
利用金相、X射线衍射和显微硬度等测试手段对大功率变压器Cu/Al引线抽头采用Zn-Al钎焊焊丝火焰钎焊接头界面附近的组织结构及硬度进行试验研究。研究结果表明,Cu/Al钎焊接头主要由明显的钎缝、Cu基体和Al基体组成。接头钎缝硬度明显高于Al基体硬度,约为136 HV,钎缝中主要是CuZn2(γ相)和Al-Zn系相,界面靠近Cu一侧主要是Al-Cu系相,这些相的存在可能是导致接头钎缝附近硬度较高的原因。
In this paper,the microstructure and hardness of Cu/Al brazing joints,which was brazed by Zn-AI welding wire,used in electric high-power transformer tested and analyzed by metallographic,X-ray dirrfaction and microhardness test.The test resuhs indicated that the brazing joint was composed of brazing seam,Cu substrate and AI substrate.The hardness near the brazing seam is about HV136,which is obviously higher than one near the AI substrate.And near the interface close to AI substrate there are some phases of CuZn2 and AI-Zn system.However,near the interface close to Cu substrate there is only phase of Al-Cu system.These phases observed could be the important cause to induce the high hardness in the brazing seam.
