摘要 文章综述了国内外关于鱼用配合饲料能量蛋白比的研究进展,主要阐述了能量蛋白比与鱼类生长、蛋白质效率、体成分和消化酶活力的关系以及目前国内外关于能量蛋白比的研究方法,以期为后续关于能量蛋白比的研究提供参考。 The research advance of the energy to protein ratio was reviewed in this article. In this paper, the relationship between the energy to protein ratio and the growth, protein efficiency ratio(PER), body composition and the activity of digestive enzyme was expounded. This paper also described the research method of the energy to protein ratio. It can provide reference about the study of the energy to protein ratio.
