摘要 壳聚糖被广泛地应用在许多行业,并且取得了显著应用效果。鉴于此,文章在介绍壳聚糖的理化性质及生物学作用的基础上,深入探讨近年来壳聚糖在水产动物营养中的应用及其作用机制,重点讨论了它在鱼类及甲壳类动物营养中的研究现状,旨在为壳聚糖在水产养殖中的进一步应用提供一定借鉴,丰富水产动物营养学相关知识。 Chitosan has been widely used in many industries and presented remarkable application effects. Thus, the present review would be deeply discussed the chitosan application in aquatic animal nutrition and its related mechanism of action in recent years based on its presentation of physicochemical properties and biological effects. In addition, the research status of fish and crustaceans nutrition were mainly focused. The present review was to provide some reference for the further application of chitosan in aquaculture and extend the aquatic animal nutrition-related knowledge.
