编制《初中生体育参与的应激来源调查问卷》,运用问卷对初中生体育参与的应激来源进行调查研究,探讨初中生体育参与的应激来源,并对性别和年级对初中生体育参与应激来源的影响进行了研究,提出如何应对初中生体育参与应激反应的策略。

This paper develops a ＂junior high school sports participation questionnaire of stressors＂, uses the questionnaire to explore the stressors in junior high school sports participation, and gender and grade affects of stressors, and discusses how to deal with the stressors of junior high students to participate in sports.
