摘要
臭氧漂白后硫酸盐蔗渣浆用过氧化氢漂白,探讨过氧化氢漂白不同的工艺参数对蔗渣浆白度和黏度的影响。结果表明:在温度为90℃、漂白时间为120min、H2O2用量为3%(对绝干浆计)、添加稳定剂W1003的量为0.3%(对绝干浆计)时,漂白效果最好,可达到白度为85.5%ISO、黏度为665mL/g。此研究改善了蔗渣浆应用的工艺条件,扩大了蔗渣浆的应用范围。
With hydrogen peroxide bleaching the kraft bagasse pulp, which was bleached by ozone , to explore the hydrogen peroxide bleaching of different process parameters on the influence of bagasse pulp whiteness and viscosity. Results show the best process parameters are. the temperature is 90 ℃, bleaching time is 120 rain, H2O2 dosage is 3% (Relative to the oven dry pulp is calculated), add stabilizer W1003 amount of 0.3% (Relative to the oven dry pulp is calculated). In those process conditions can achieve the best bleaching effect, and reach the whiteness of 85.5% ISO, viscosity of 665 mL/g. This research will improve the applied process conditions of bagasse pulp, as well as increase the applied range of it.
