摘要
阐述了4190ZLC-2船用柴油机喷油系统电控化改造的实验方案.通过改变喷油泵柱塞直径的大小、喷油器喷孔直径的大小及喷油定时参数来分析影响柴油机经济性(耗油率)、排放性能(NOx,CH浓度的排放)和燃烧性能的相关因素.并分别在负荷特性和推进特性下,对该柴油机改造前后的燃烧性能和排放性能进行分析对比.从而给后续柴油机燃油系统改造提供理论和试验依据.
In this paper,a comparative analysis method was applied to analyze the combustion and emission performance of the diesel engine under the working condition of load and propulsion characteristics,according to the experimental program of the electronically-controlled transformation of fuel system for 4190 ZLC marine diesel engine. The paper analyzed the related factors of combustion quality,economy( oil consumption) and emission performance( emission concentration of NOx and CH) by changing the diameter of the fuel injection pump plunger,the injector orifice and the parameters of injection timing. The results could provide theoretical and experimental basis for the subsequent fuel system transformation. It was put forward that the structure of combustion chamber needed to be optimized.
