摘要采用世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)和国际健康行动机构(Health Action International,HAI)标准化价格调查方法,对社区常用单片复方制剂抗高血压药的经济可负担性进行评价。结果显示:9种常用单片复方制剂具有较好的经济可负担性,但是其中5种对农村低收入人群不具经济可负担性,同时,不同药物费用差异很大,使用比例较高的药物可负担性未必较好。
