摘要
以某电厂超超临界680MW机组锅炉为研究对象,对锅炉运行可调参数进行全面优化试验,取得反映该锅炉运行特性的数据,利用锅炉性能优化系统(SOAP)对试验数据进行筛选,通过人工智能神经网络技术建立优化运行数学模型,全面协调和优化锅炉系统的运行经济性与可靠性指标,创建该锅炉系统各种负荷下的最佳运行方式。
The boiler of 680 MW ultra supercritical unit of a power plant was studied. The comprehensive optimization experiment of the adjustable parameters of boiler operation was carried out,and the data representing the boiler operation features were obtained. The system optimization analysis program( SOAP)was used to sift the experimental data. By means of the artificial intelligence neural network technology,the optimized operation mathematic model was established. Based on the mathematic model,the economic efficiency and the reliability index of the boiler system were optimized and coordinated completely,and the optimal operation mode of the boiler system under various load conditions was realized.
