针对江苏华电句容发电有限公司2×1000MW机组脱硫装置的设计特点,分析了石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫装置易堵、易磨、易腐蚀的特性,采取有效措施提高了无旁路烟气脱硫装置的可靠性。

Aiming at the design features of the desulphurization equipment of the 2 × 1 000 MW unit in Jiangsu Huadian Jurong Power Generation Company Limited,the defects of the limestone-gypsum wet FGD equipment,such as blockage,wear and corrosion,were analyzed. The effective measures were adopted,and the reliability of the non-bypass flue gas desulphurization equipment was improved.
