大型、超大型门座式起重机回转轨道的结构形式决定了其生产制造的工艺性和后期使用维护的便利性。对某大型门座式起重机大尺寸回转轨道加工工艺进行研究,提出一种可拆卸的新型回转轨道形式,使该转柱式门座起重机的回转轨道更易于加工和维护。

Structure of the large and ultra large portal crane's slewing track determine its manufacturing technique and the convenience of latter maintenance. The processing technique of a large portal crane's large sized slewing track were studied. A new type of removable slewing track,making the processing were proposed,to go this slewing portal crane ease manufacture and maintenance.
