摘要
在火电企业总体运营成本中,燃料成本一直占据主导地位,燃料管理工作因此也成为火电企业经营管理的重中之重。对燃料基础管理、采购、计划调运、检验、存储等内容分别进行了阐述,提出了有针对性的管理措施,可为火电企业燃料管理提供参考。
The fuel cost is always the main part of the total operation cost of a thermal power enterprise,and the fuel management becomes the priority among priorities of thermal power enterprise operation and management. The fuel basic management,the fuel purchase,the fuel planning and transport,the fuel checkout and storage were expounded separately,and the targeted management measures were proposed. The result of this paper can be used as reference for thermal power enterprises in fuel management.
