摘要
针对巴西某350MW燃煤电厂燃用煤种灰分高、磨损指数大而导致锅炉受热面磨损泄漏的现状,采取了控制烟气流速、设置防磨装置、调整运行方式等措施后,锅炉磨损泄漏问题得到了有效控制。
In a 350 MW coal-fired power plant in Brazil,the fired coal is of high ash content and large abrasion index. So the boiler heating surface abrasion and leakage faults occurred. Aiming at above problem,some measures,such as to control velocity of flue gas,to install anti-abrasion devices,to adjust operation mode and so on,were adopted. The abrasion and leakage faults of the boiler were controlled effectively.
