摘要 【目的】研究氨氮对西伯利亚鲟的急性毒性作用强度,以期为西伯利亚鲟养殖健康发展提供科学依据。【方法】采用常规生物急性毒性试验法,研究了氨氮对西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii)鱼种的急性毒性。【结果】在pH(7.4±0.1)、水温(20±0.2)℃、、溶解氧5.4-5.8mg/L条件下氨氮对西伯利亚鲟的24,48,72,96h的半致死浓度分别为413.25,365.40,289.24,280.94mg/L,安全浓度为28.1mg/L;非离子氨对西伯利亚鲟的24,48,72,96h的半致死浓度分别为4.04,3.57,2.83,2.75mg/L,安全浓度为0.28mg/L。【结论】非离子氨对西伯利亚鲟的毒性成为其养殖过程中的重要影响因子。 [Objective] The objective of this study is to investigate acute toxicity of ammonia nitrogen on Acipenser baerii and to provide a scientific basis for the healthy development of culture of Acipenser baerii. [Method] Acute toxicity test was conducted to examine the effect of ammonia nitrogen on Acipenser baerii using the method of usual biological acute toxic test. [Results] The results showed that median lethal concentrations (LC50) of ammonia nitrogen were 413.25, 365.40, 289.24, 280. 94 mg/L at the time point of 24, 48, 72 and 96 h respectively under the environment of (20±0.2) ℃ for water temperature, pH (7.4±0. 1), and 5.4±5.8 mg/L of dissolved oxygen (DO), so that its safe concentration of ammonia nitrogen in water for Acipenser baerii was 28. 1 mg/L. Similarly, median lethal concentration (LC50) of molecular ammonia were determined to be 4.04, 3. 57, 2.83, 2. 75 mg/L at the time point of 24, 48, 72 and 96 h, and safe concentration was 0. 28 mg/L. [Conclusion] The toxicity of ammonia nitrogen to Acipenser baerii is one of the constraint important factors in aquaculture.
