平卧菊三七扦插育苗技术

Cutting breeding techniques in Gynura procumbens

平卧菊三七是菊科菊三七属多年生草本植物,主要分布于我国云南、广西、海南等省区,是一种营养价值较高的药食两用植物。为了探寻平卧菊三七扦插繁殖的最优技术方案,就不同基质、不同扦插时间、不同部位插穗、不同老熟程度的枝条对平卧菊三七扦插成活率及生根的影响情况进行了试验研究。结果表明：在赣州地区每年的3-5月,利用蛭石作为扦插基质,选用中、上部嫩茎干作为插穗,能有效地促进插穗的生根,从而保证较高的成活率。

Gynura procumbens is a perennial herb belonging to Gynura Cass. of Asteraceae, mainly distributes in Yunnan, Guangxi, Hainan and other places of China, and it is a kind of medicinal and edible plant with high nutrient value. In order to fi nd out the optimal plan of cutting propagation techniques in G. procumbens, the effects of different media, differen t cutting time, scions from different parts, scions at different mature degrees on survival rate and rooting status were researched. The results show that from March to May, to use vermiculite as media and select middle and upper stems as scions can effectively promote rooting capability of scions and ensure higher survival rate.
