我国农民在生产生活中对资金的需求越来越强烈,通过农民专业合作社内部信用合作解决资金难题是一现实有效的途径。通过对长沙宁乡、常德桃源、岳阳华容、湘西龙山具有代表性的地区实地调查,可以见出,农民专业合作社开展内部信用合作需要厘清概念、制定基本原则和可以操作的具体政策措施。

Through the investigation on Ningxiang, Changsha, Taoyuan Changde, Huarong Yueyang, Longshan Xiangxi, we can see that credit internal cooperatives carried out in Specialized Farmers Cooperatives needs to clean up the concept, formulating the basic principle and specific policy measures.
