认知行为干预对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿父母心理状态的影响

The Effect of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on Parental Psychological Status of Children with Retinoblastoma

目的探讨认知行为干预对视网膜母细胞瘤患儿父母心理状态的影响。方法便利抽样法选取在哈尔滨医科大学附属二院接受视网膜母细胞瘤手术的患儿家长100例,进行认知行为干预,并采用自制视网膜母细胞瘤认知问卷、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS),分别于干预前、干预后对其心理状况进行调查,并评价干预效果。结果认知干预后视网膜母细胞瘤患儿父母对疾病的认知得到改善(P<0.05),SAS和SDS得分均降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知行为干预能够有效地改善视网膜母细胞瘤手术患儿家长的焦虑、抑郁状态,帮助其获得良好的认知,从而促进患儿的康复。

Objective To explore the effect of cognitive-behavioral therapy on parental psychological status of retinoblastoma in children.Methods The parental psychological conditions of 100 cases were randomly selected and investigated by the cognition questionnaire of retinoblastoma,SAS and SDS before and after the intervention,and the intervention effects were assessed.Results After cognitive-behavioral interven-tion,parents’cognition towards retinoblastoma were improved（P＆lt;0.05）.The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly reduced（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The cognitive-behavioral therapy can reduce parental psycho-logical stress and stabilize the mood,and help them to gain a good cognition towards retinoblastoma,thus to promote the children recovery.
