负压封闭引流在四肢软组织缺损及后期植皮中的疗效及护理体会 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察并总结封闭式负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术在四肢软组织缺损及游离植皮中的疗效及护理体会。方法 2010年6月至2013年6月,应用VSD技术对60例四肢软组织缺损并后期进行游离植皮的患者进行治疗,并给予针对性的护理。结果 60例患者均至少随访至缺损愈合后3个月,所有患者创面均完全愈合,无复发,无局部及全身并发症。结论 VSD技术对于皮肤及软组织缺损的愈合能起到明显的促进作用,有效促进了肉芽的生长及游离皮片的成活,降低感染率和住院治疗时间,减轻患者痛苦和医护人员工作量,是治疗四肢软组织缺损及后期游离植皮安全有效的方法。 Objective To observe and summarize effects and nursing experience of VSD in treatment of the soft tissue defect of limb and skin grafting.Methods From June 2010 to June 2013,the VSD technique was used in 60 patients with limb soft tissue defect and skin grafting,with corresponding nursing.Results All patients were followed up at least 3 months after the wound healing.All 60 cases of patients with wounds healed completely with no recurrence,no local and systemic complications.Conclusion The VSD technique can play a significant role in the healing of skin and soft tissue defect,which can effectively promote the growth of granulation and free flap survival,reducellthe infection rate,hospitalization time,patient pain and workload of medical staff,and it is the effective method to treat limb soft tissue defect and skin grafting.
