摘要
本文通过分析目前钻探机台常用塔棚存在的安全隐患,结合新型材料玻璃钢材料的特性,设计并试用了一种以FRP材料为主体,以不锈钢为结构骨架的新型节能塔棚,介绍了应用新型材料设计机台塔棚情况和试用效果,证明了玻璃钢塔棚适用于钻探机台,提高了机台安全生产系数,改善了钻工作业环境,提高了空间利用率和寒冷季节钻探作业的可实施性,延长了每年的野外可施工期,对于提高生产效率发挥了积极作用。
In this paper,the authors analyze the potential safety hazard on tower shed of drilling machine commonly used,combined with the characteristics of new materials,-glass fiber reinforced plastic materials,design and try a FRP materials as the main body with stainless steel for the structure frame of new energy-saving tower shed.This paper introduces the application of new materials to design the machine tower shed and trial effect,prove the glass steel tower tent to be suitable for boring machine,improve the production safety coefficient.The machine is improved for roughneck work environment,the space utilization as well as the efficiency of production.
