摘要
破碎机、磨机、篦冷机、旋风筒和输送管道等设备,在进行物料粉碎、输送和选粉过程中,其零部件表面因受物料的摩擦和撞击,会发生冲蚀磨损。根据磨损理论,产生磨损的主要因素为设备本身材质、物料性能、所处环境和输入能量这四种。德国AG公司使用冲蚀磨损试验装置,以不同的冲蚀角、不同的冲蚀速度和不同混合比的料流冲击试验样,测试了不同耐磨材料的磨损率;并对磨损数值进行了分析比较。试验表明,不同的耐磨材料有不同的适用范围。故选用前,应了解所破碎或输送物料的磨损特性和磨损类型,并分析料流的负载、方向和速度。这样才能在设备设计和使用时采取相应措施,以减少磨损,延长设备寿命。
During materials crushing,handling and separating, materials friction and impact will cause wear abrasion of erosion on the surface of the parts of equipment such as crusher, mill, grate coooler, cyclone and duct. Based on the abrasion theory, material quality of equipment itself, materiel performance, circumstance and input energy are the four factors that cause abrasion. German AG company, with the help of erosive abrasion tester, tested the wear abrasion rate on different abrasion-resistant materials through different erosion angles, velocities and mass flow impact testing samples in different mixing ratio and compared all the abrasion data for analysis. The experimental results show that different abrasion-resistant material has different applied range. When the material is to be crushed and transported. its wear-ability and type must be found out and the load,direction and velocity of the material flow must be analyzed, so that the corresponding measures can be taken in the design of and using equipment in order to decrease abrasion and prolong the life-service of the equipment.
