化工污泥基填料的生物挂膜

摘要 利用石油化工企业剩余污泥研制污泥基填料,通过单因素试验,考察气水比、水力停留时间(HRT)和填料层高度对曝气生物滤池(BAF)出水水质的影响。确定了最佳控制参数:气水比为3∶1,水力停留时间为5 h,填料层高度为90 cm。在最佳参数条件下,出水水质良好,化学需氧量(COD)去除率达到93.7%,氨氮(NH3-N)去除率达到39.5%,总氮(TN)去除率达到34.3%。用高倍显微镜对填料表面的生物膜进行观察,发现了钟虫和草履虫等水处理常用菌种。 Residual sludge of petroleum chemical waste was used to make sludge-based filler.The effects of gas water ratio, hydraulic retention time (HRT) and packing layer height on the performance of biological aerated filter (BAF) were analyzed by measuring the chemical oxygen demand (COD) , NH3-N mass concentration and total nitrogen (TN) mass concentration.The best control parameters were obtained as follows : gas water ratio of 3 : 1, HRT of 5 h and packing layer height of 90 cm. Under the conditions, the removal rates of COD, NH3-N and TN mass concentration were 93.7%,39.5% and 34.3%, respectively. Biological membrane on the surface of the filler was observed with high magnification microscope, vortieella and paramecium were found when it was used in water treatment.
