基于Mg—O—C棒状次级结构单元的镁配合物的合成及晶体结构

摘要 一个新型的镁配合物Mg(H2O)2(oba2-)(1)(H2oba=4,4’-oxybis(benzoate))是在水热条件下成功合成的,该化合物通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析及X-射线单晶衍射等结构表征,X-射线单晶结构解析表明该化合物属于单斜结构,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.408 5(3)nm,α=90°,b=1.002 5(2)nm,β=105.47(3)°,c=1.019 8(2)nm,γ=90°,V=1.387 8(5)nm3,Z=4,R1=0.040 5,wR2=0.091 7.由Mg—O—C构成的相邻且平行的一维棒状次级结构单元通过有机配体连接成该配合物的二维结构,又通过氢键将此二维结构连接成为三维超分子结构. A new magnesium metal-organic framework (MOF),Mg(H2O)2(oba2-)(1)(H2oba=4,4’-oxybis (benzoate)),was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions,and characterized by elemental analysis (EA) and infrared spectra(IR)studies. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the compound belongs to the monoclinic system with space group P21/c and cell parameters are a=1.4085(3)nm,α=90°,b=1.0025 (2)nm,β=105.47(3)°,c=1.0198(2)nm,γ=90°,V=1.3878(5)nm^3,Z=4,R1=0.0405,wR2=0.0917.This com-pound is constructed from rod-like SBUs,the Mg-O-C rod-shaped SBUs connected by organic links to form a 2D net and further extended to be a 3D supramolecular structure via hydrogen bond interactions.
