摘要
以3DS Max软件为例,探讨了针织物组织结构的三维建模方法.根据Pierce模型理论,确定了表达线圈轴线空间弯曲形态的控制点并基于非均匀有理B样条函数插值建立曲线,结合3DS Max软件的截面曲线放样技术实现了线圈的建模.按照线圈的形成规律,实现了纬平针、罗纹组织的三维建模.研究表明,基于非均匀有理B样条函数插值及截面曲线放样技术,可以方便地实现针织物三维模型的建立.
Based on 3DS Max software, this study investigated 3D modeling method on weft knitted fabric structure. According to Pierce theory of structure phase of weave, the curve control points are produced to describe the bending shape of loop. Then, the curve of loop axis is produced by NURBS interpolation method. The 3D model of loop is realized by curve loft with cross-section by 3DS Max software. Finally, the 3D model of plain and rib 1 + 1 are made by rule. The result revealed 3D model on weft knitted fabric can be easily fulfilled by curve loft with cross-section and NURBS method.
