摘要
通过一个操作简单、快速高效的水热法,在160℃、24 h的条件下,成功制备出平均宽度为100 nm、厚度为10 nm、长度达数10μm的β-AgVO3/Ag纳米复合材料。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的成分、结构和形貌进行了表征,对反应温度和溶液的pH值等反应条件及该复合材料的紫外可见光吸收性质进行了研究。
β- AgVO3/Ag nanocomposites with width of 100 nm and thickness of 10 nm have been synthesized via a simple but efficient hydrothermal route. The morphology, crystallinity and size of the as - prepared products were confirmed by X - ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The reaction parameters, such as reaction temperature and pH value, play an important part in the morphology of the final product. The optical property of β- AgVO3/Ag nanocomposites has also been investigated.
