摘要
试验选用AC-13沥青混合料,采用轮碾法成型试件,通过对级配、沥青用量以及碾压次数3个基本因素分析,研究动稳定度的变化趋势。试验结果表明:适当增加粗集料,减少细集料含量,可有效提高试件动稳定度;沥青应合理选择,在最佳沥青用量附近时,动稳定度最大;成型时,适当增加碾压次数,提高试件压实度,可以提高动稳定度,在试验中,应合理控制车辙试件密度。
Through wheel -grind method, specimen molded out of selected AC - 13 asphalt mixture, the trends of dynamic stabili- ty was studied by three basic factors: gradation, content of asphalt and rolling times. The result shows that, properly increase coarse aggregate and decrease fine aggregate can improve the dynamic stability of specimen; when the asphalt content close to OAC,the dynamic stability is maximum. Appropriate rolling times can increase the compaction degree of specimen and the dynamic stability, and the density of rutting test specimen rational should be controlled rationally.
